Total car sales in Vietnam reached 24,136 units in May compared to 24,479 units in April, according to the latest data from the Vientam Automobile Manufacturers Association (VAMA).
Year-to-date, the VAMA has recorded 125,405 car sales. This is compared to 104,780 units over the same period in 2025.
Note that VAMA data doesn’t include VinFast sales.
