Some solar products exported from Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, and Malaysia are circumventing duties applied to some Chinese solar products the US Department of Commerce has found, and Solar Power World is reporting. A presidential proclamation from June 6, however, exempts solar imports from the four Southeast Asian countries from paying additional duties for two years. There is also a list of totally exempt companies accompanying the findings.
