Petrol prices in Vietnam, in the first ten months of this year, dropped by 13.24 percent over the same period last year and this has helped to keep inflation in check, The Leader is reporting. Conversely, VN Express is reporting that petrol retailers have called on the PM for help with government-mandated petrol prices below cost price forcing retailers to sell petrol at a loss.
