The article goes on to outline what the Deputy PM asked of ANZ but fails to mention what ANZ asked of the Deputy PM. It also points out that ANZ was one of the first foreign banks licensed in Vietnam and the first to install ATMs. It fails to note, however, that ANZ no longer has ATMs in Vietnam and that it was also among the first banks to exit a partnership with a domestic bank.
