Of note, Vietnam’s fruits and vegetables industry has become one of the country’s fastest-growing agricultural sectors, supported by favourable climate conditions and increasing global demand.
Exports include key products such as dragon fruit, durian, mango, lychee, and longan, which have gained strong footholds in markets across China, the EU, and the Middle East.
At the same time, domestic consumption of fresh and processed produce is rising, driven by urbanisation, higher incomes, and changing dietary preferences toward healthier foods.
