Electric vehicle battery public relations blitz continues

Vietnam News is carrying an article that breaks down how electric vehicle batteries are made and proselytises how safe they are.

For context: It was widely reported, in the mainstream media, two weeks ago that the fire in Hanoi that killed 56 people started when the battery in an electric motorbike short-circuited. A day later, the mainstream media had scrubbed all mention of an electric motorbike (though not in their URLs) being the cause and were instead saying it was a gasoline motorbike. No explanation for the change was provided. This has then been followed by a stream of pro-electric vehicle coverage, of which this latest article seems to be a part.
